66db's Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing the 66db platform or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 66db and the user. It is therefore strongly recommended that you read this document carefully before using the platform.

66db reserves the right to modify its Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the site along with the updated date. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

In these Terms & Conditions, "66db", "we", and "our" refer to the 66db platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any registered or unregistered individual accessing or using 66db's services.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 66db, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration
• Multiple accounts under the same individual's name are not permitted
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept confidential

If any information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate or false, 66db reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time. Government-issued ID, a photo, and proof of address may be required for KYC verification. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner will result in withdrawal being placed on hold.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 66db:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• At least one bet must be placed after a deposit before a withdrawal can be made
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes
• Processing times may be longer during peak hours or when verification is required
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

Withdrawals above BDT 50,000 may be subject to additional verification. In such cases, we recommend contacting Customer Support. Any transactions suspected of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

66db regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only
• Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been met
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as real cash
• All bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination

66db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Separate bonus policies apply to VIP members — full details are available on the VIP page. For referral bonuses, both parties must complete account verification.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 66db are conducted in accordance with specific rules. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the round in question may be declared void.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of confirmation are final
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs
• Progressive jackpots are paid out in full and cannot be split
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, all related bets will be refunded

If a system error results in an incorrect payout on any game, 66db reserves the right to correct the discrepancy. Deliberately exploiting system errors will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66db and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Coordinated betting within a family or group to share bonuses
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Threatening or harassing other users

7. Privacy & Data Protection

66db treats the protection of your personal information and data as its highest priority. Any information collected at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties
• Payment information is secured with SSL encryption
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law
• You may request that your personal information be amended or deleted

8. Account Closure & Suspension

66db may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms is established
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• For legal or regulatory reasons
• If KYC verification fails

To close your account, please contact Customer Support. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may be deducted from balances held in inactive accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 7 business days.

• Use live chat or email to submit a complaint
• Attach relevant screenshots and detailed information with your complaint
• The Support Team's decision shall be considered final
• In the event that a dispute requires legal arbitration, Bangladeshi law will apply

10. Terms Change Policy

66db may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the site and sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
